The 3 movers were very professional and were extremely careful with our items. They securely wrapped all items and were very resourceful while helping us navigate the tight spaces in our apartment. <br />
It turned out great and everything was just fine. The staff was friendly and helpful and they were prompt.
Everything went well. Their customer service was pretty good as far as having specialists come out and decide how many boxes you needed. The movers were pretty good as well. However, their pricing was a little high.
The elevator operator told us he wouldn?t wait for us and would be leaving at 5PM. The moving company said that was fine and came at 2PM. They finished at 2:35PM! <br /> <br /> When you register with the company, you are assigned a job number. I gave the operations director of my building the job number and telephone number. Later, she was billed for a longer use of the elevator, but the company couldn't help her because the information had been wiped from the records.
