I've moved a bunch and this was probably the smoothest move I've had. Flatrate is very professional and efficient. Dare I say they made what can be a stressful day quite easy? Will definitely use them again.

From the initial assessment in NYC through the move to NM everyone did a fantastic job, very professional. Packers were thorough, nothing broke or was lost. Delivery man showed up on time and systematically unloaded every item carefully. Have recommended to others. Ugh

The movers were very nice and work was smooth beside they damaged a wall when they tried to get my computer deak out. I had to pay a fee to the landlord. I didn't tell your movers anything since I realized it 3 days later by the landlord.

I have moved a bunch of times in my lifetime and something always goes wrong or takes longer then expected. The time and date was set for 9:30am on the first. They were On time and went right to work. Just a Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
