I had an issue with the package I ordered that unfortunately ended with the entire order being canceled. However all of the customer representatives I have spoken to especially Judnie G have been easy to work with and solved any issues I've had dealing with refunds and such. If it wasn't for the package not being delivered I would have rated 5 stars but thank you to the customer representatives for making it right.
I was going to cut ties with this company because I cant seem to get any answers about my orders without getting the run around .Payments were taken out of my account and I did not even receive my orders I finally got ahold of Judnie G that went above and beyond to look into the issue and made sure I got a refund . One of the best customer service I received so far!
