Sarah was my Customer Service Agent she was wonderful and was able to address my issues I was dealing with. As long as you pay on time it does help when you have very poor credit especially during the holidays. I’ve not had a rude agent yet unlike some of the higher interest installment plan facilities and if the agent can’t answer or help me they actually put a manager on to assist without controversy. We have received items in timely manner. They take care of anything quickly. Shipping is always fast. Once a item sold out from retailer so they refunded what I paid in and cleared the item off my account. Always respectful
