I stumbled along this site an was immediately interested but before joining I wanted to know if they did a hard or soft pull i entered a cs chat first person Bibi customer was horrible could not an would not answer my question an disabled the chat. I got in another cs chat with someone by the name JAPHETH an they were able to answer all my questions an had outstanding customer service I gave 5 stars because ******* helped me with making my decision to join.
