Verified Renter Parking needs to be more enforced. A lot of parked cars that have been sitting for a while. maintenance is always quick to fix issues and the people at the front office is always willing to help. People smoking inside their apartments needs to be looked into because it goes up to the apartment above it. It makes their apartment reek like cigarettes.

Verified Renter I have lived here for six years now, and I really do love it . The office staff is wonderful, and the maintenance staff is even better. The grounds are so well kept and since my apartment faces the golf course, the only noise I hear are the geese, and that is just fine with me.

Verified Renter I’ve had a mixed experience living here. The biggest issues are poor drainage, significant parking difficulties, and a lack of enforcement when it comes to non-resident vehicles. After rain, drainage can be a real problem, and parking is often extremely difficult to find. A major part of the issue is that vehicles belonging to non-residents are not towed or addressed, leaving limited parking for residents who actually pay to live here. Verified Renter It's a beautiful property. The staff id super friendly. Maintenance does their best. I love it here. I love that the gym is open all the time and that everything is clean and stocked. You guys are amazing.

Verified Renter Love the whole vibe .Wish I had gotten upstairs apartment and on golf side. Still haven’t been to pool or Gym. Management is terrific. Took care of dryer problem. Although I do not think the maintenance man was correct saying the closet doors not closing could not be fixed. Stronger magnets perhaps. Guess I’ll have to live with the doors not closing. Other than that love the place.

Beautiful and very helpful staff Flintlake is a beautiful and well kept property. Never have I met a bunch of ladies who were more in tune with their job and had no problem with going over and above in helping their residents. From the move in process to assisting with everyday tasks, Lori, Trisha & Rose were there every step of the way and always took the time to not only help but to do so in a way that was so friendly and they never made you feel like you were imposing or asking too much. This place is stellar!!
