Broke cable on right side. They sent great repair man, within 24 hrs. Repair at a fair price and would recommend them again.

The chain on our 8 year old garage door opener had broken teeth and wasn’t working properly. Their repairman came the day I called, suggested we call Genie to get a replacement chain, gave me the correct phone number and agreed to return to install it. Unfortunately the chain is no longer available so he came and replaced the unit. There was confusion about his original return time but he came as scheduled the next day. It took less than an hour.
