Step by step to make sure to have the complete picture as to what was causing my problems. The work done was excellent, the gentleman that came to my house was very courteous and very knowledgeable. The only gripe I have is, he told me he needed to replace the center bearing. When I asked to see the center bearing it did not look worn out but he replaced it. he said it wouldn’t be that much more. It turns out after looking at the bill it was $78 added, for a $14 (thats 2 for that price) bearing at Amazon. I guess you have to make your profit somewhere.
