Do not waste your time with this company. They were hired to do a termite inspection prior to the purchase of the home. The inspection report claimed no termites however after closing, I found that the attic was full of them. purchased a home inspection for almost $700 and the inspector told me everything was great. Except when I moved in the oven was completely not even heating up. It would turn on, but did not heat up at all. When I called max home inspection to ask for a refund for my inspection, They told me that it must have been some thing I did to the oven and that it was working at the time of inspection, which was impossible. RecommendedNot satisfied at all with this company they did an inspection for me and overlooked everything told me the roof was good told me the swimming pool heater was good when I finally got to florida the pool heater is not even hooked up. Don’t know how they checked that one. On the roof prior to buying somebody filled a hole with spray foam so easily detected. They walked right past that. Also now they don’t want to know anything about anything just told me they can’t help me, don’t lose thousands like me using this company
Horrible customer service! Can not speak to anyone and no one ever calls you back!! Terrible Inspection because of lack of training!! False information given!!
Max Home Inspector inspected did they worse job of any home inspector we have ever used. They missed obvious signs of wood damage and roof damage. They do not honor their warranty and they will give you the run around. Their incompetence has caused me unbelievable expenses that could have been negotiated or we could have walked away. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!
Negative Star!!! First time home buyer and I couldn’t be more disappointed! My flaw was not knowing what to look for on my walk-through. However I felt value in knowing that a home inspection on the property was going to be accurate and secure from my home purchase.
