I am always so pleased when Jennifer grooms my Lilly. Lilly has lost both her eyes and is pretty high strung but Jennifer is so good with her. I won’t let anyone else groom her.
Lucy loves all the employees, but is always excited to see Hiroko for her spa day. Everyone is so helpful, thoughtful and friendly. We have been coming here for years......
