They r the best.. the Dr's are the very best.. Hope Renee has been going to them for 3 yrs.. I will always recommend them.. as well as the girls at the front Debbie, Dara, &, Brandy are amazing.. there always there when I call & have questions or an emergency.. my dog Hope Renee loves the girls... yesterday they handle a allergic reaction with my dog with kindness, love, &, quickness.. her meds were ready as soon as we got there.. they calmed me down & loved on Hope Renee right away getting her meds in her.. RecommendedMy kitty,Hurley, was acting very sick,not eating or peeing.. I called my usual vet,who I have been using for over 20 years and explained the emergency situation I had. They said they could see me in 4 days. ARE YOU KIDDING ? This is an emergency! So I called Florissant Animal Hospital. They saw my Hurley right away. Turns out,Hurley had a massive bladder obstruction. He needed surgery to insert a catheter and two days in hospital . Dr.Leger was beyond amazing! Dr. Leger takes great care of the kiddos! It's never difficult to get an appointment, and staff members are always willing to answer questions and help. I've bounced from vet to vet for a while before finding FAH, and it's very comforting to know I can depend on them consistently. The online profiles are also great to keep track of records and prescriptions, especially for us busy folks who can't always call. Never had problems here.

I had to put our family dog Simba down today. Everyone from the receptionist making the appointment, to the veterinarian herself were extremely sympathetic and comforting. Thank you so much for making something so difficult as comforting as possible.
A friend of mine told me about their experience here dealing with the lost of their cat and dealing with Matthew. Sadly I had to put down my son in laws dog today and had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew. He got me in a room quickly and was extremely sympathetic and actually made me feel at ease. The young doctor who helped me out was also extremely friendly. We will be bringing our animals here from now on. Thanks for caring.

Will be telling everyone about my experience here. The young man Matt went above every, way above, any expectations I had for service with a smile. He showed so much enthusiasm for our new puppy and for us being new clients, we felt like he just got a new puppy as well. Our puppy Stanley loved him. You have a customer for life!!!!
