We initially received the wrong bouquet - in the madness of orders that come through for Mother's Day, a couple mistakes are to be expected!! However, customer service was an absolute joy to deal with, they were not only understanding, they went above and beyond, sending a replacement bouquet nearly identical to the Sunset bouquet I originally picked! My mother-in-law was surprised twice and got to extend the celebrations an extra week! Consider me a lifelong loyal customer, excited to do business with you again!! :)
I love this florist! They always blow my mind with their floral designs and on time flower delivery. The staff and floral designers are always so kind and thoughtful. I now order designer's choice because I trust them to give me the freshest flowers and the prettiest designs!
I recently received these beautiful flowers which lasted a really long time! Two weeks! My daughter sent them through Teleflora. Tried to get photos up.
I placed an order online in the morning and the flowers arrived around noon. They are beautiful. I will be ordering from them again.
