I called them and a lady answered my call right away. She apologized and assured me that they will send a new bouquet to my friend. The lady was very nice and I appreciated the quick response. My friend did receive the bouquet though it wasn't exactly like the one online but I hope it was better than the first. 3 Stars for quick response and fixing the issue.

nice stuff for special occasions I ordered a boutonniere from here for my prom date. It was available to me exactly when they said it would be and the price was reasonable. The boutonniere itself looked very nice. Overall, no complaints.
