On time , friendly good work but I need to go back because the sound I was hearing before the ball joint and arm was fixed, I still hear it. Just waiting for an off day to take it back to be checked
service was prompt, service tech NOT friendly, and doesn't know how to properly install wheel balancing weights as for 2nd time since tire purchase the weights flew off before I got up to speed on I77. Had to return, desk guy re-balanced, should have been offered a future tire repair credit since I had to drive back later and take up another 1 1/2hr for what I paid to have done correctly the first time. Front desk personnel very courteous
