Great service and friendly and knowledgeable people! First time at Flinns!
Garrett, JT and Brent . Are really respectful and understanding and they go out of their way to make sure that the customers are happy and they come and explain everything that is going on with your vehicle and they also let u know if they find something else while they are working or inspecting your vehicle. They just don't go ahead and repair it unitl they get the go from you. Like some other places. I've had all 3 of my vehicles there for different maintenance and they are very knowledgeable on what they do.
Got my oil changed didn't have to wait long!
On time , friendly good work but I need to go back because the sound I was hearing before the ball joint and arm was fixed, I still hear it. Just waiting for an off day to take it back to be checked
service was prompt, service tech NOT friendly, and doesn't know how to properly install wheel balancing weights as for 2nd time since tire purchase the weights flew off before I got up to speed on I77. Had to return, desk guy re-balanced, should have been offered a future tire repair credit since I had to drive back later and take up another 1 1/2hr for what I paid to have done correctly the first time. Front desk personnel very courteous
Wonderful people. Great service. Worked with me with my budget for new tires. They helped me with a flat one too. Differently a recommend!!
