Was a customer many years ago. I think the lady that owned the store was Elsa. I'm not sure if she is still the owner or not but she was a very lovely lady. She ordered arch supports for me and when they came in they needed a little bit of an adjustment (my feet pronate and the supports needed to be able to keep my foot in place). Well, here it is 18 years later and I'm still "wearing" the supports in my shoes. They're a little worn around the edges but non the less still get the job done.

I visited the store back in May to pick up a new pair of workout shoes for my bad feet. I gave the rep what I was looking for in a shoe and she had several recommendations. Out of those recommendations I was able to find the shoe perfect for me. Also, this was the first time I went to the new location. I loved this new space. It was easier to park, not as much street traffic and I love the layout of the store.

This place and their staff were very helpful with my mother and kept records on her. No one believed that my mother would ever walk again. She had dementia and along with it seemed to come a lack of circulation in her legs and an ability to stand. The people at the store gave me a couple of pairs of shoes to take home and try on my mother..... we tried on two different sizes.....and ended up with one pair that fit better and returned the other. Impressive equipment to comprehensively diagnose many foot problems. Important since one major problem often begets others. Manager is Board Certified Pedorhist. Extensive shoe selection for both men and women. NOTE: STORE IS IN WOODMERE VILLAGE; east side of I-271. Post office is Beachwood 44122. So many give the address as Beachwood. May as well call it Cleveland since main post office handles all the mail.

Visited this location when when looking for PowerStep brand insoles. It was a pleasure working with Karen who discussed my reasons for wanting to purchase inserts and also recommended some everyday practice to help reduce pain from foot issues. Stop in, check-'em out.

My wife needed specialty running shoes after a medical recommendation. We checked out several stores and Foot Solutions offered a good selection and phenomenal customer service. Michael provided one of the most attentive and thorough consultations I have experienced in a retail environment. Highly recommend!

I made several trips to Foot Solutions. I was happy with how they helped get the orthotics that I ordered fitted for my casual shoes. However, every time I open my closet door and see the $200 I spent on a pair of Naot shoes that are not being used, I am reminded of their disappointing service. All of the employees I met with were very friendly; however, I want to advise other customers of my experience.
