I had the pleasure of having Donelle M as my saleswoman. She was great. Explained everyhthing she was doing. Helped me pick the shoes I wanted and took excellent care of me. Great customer service.

I had the pleasure of going to Foot Solutions yesterday for the first of what will be, many times. Pleasure because I have had such difficulty buying shoes in the past that I expected this to be the same very unpleasant experience. I was wrong!!! Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable. My podiatrist diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and recommended I purchase shoes with better support. I was guided to several selections varying in price points and assisted with trying each of my selections on. Great no pressure and helpful approach. Will be a repeat customer.
If you are getting custom orthotics, find another retailer that considers customer service and customer health a priority. This is not the store for you. I need adjustments on the orthotics I purchased, but the ONLY person who can help is away from the store for weeks at a time. This time 6 weeks. He is at another store, but the owners of these stores only have a repair workbench at the Roswell Rd location. Ordered shoes to be delievered to my home. After 5 weeks still did not received them. It is very difficulty to get a hold of anyone at the store and they do not usually return calls. Finally was able to talk to a gentleman who refunded my money. Will not visit this store again.
Several weeks ago I visited this store at 1 p.m. Note on door said person at lunch; would be back in 15 minutes. Waited. Bought shoes w/ caveat to try them at home for 3 weeks to see if I would be comfortable with inserts in shoes.
