Donelle helped me find shoes that are good for my feet. She is very knowledgeable and knows so much about what shoes should do for you. Excellent customer service with a smile.
Walked in 20 minutes before they closed. Donelle the store manager was very welcoming and we didn't feel rushed at all. She was very through helping me find the right insoles. She measured my feet two different ways, helped me try different insoles in multiple sizes, and helped me order a new pair of Brooks. As a student-athlete in college, I was in a rush to get correct insoles and running shoes before I went back to school, so this experience was great!
I had the pleasure of having Donelle M as my saleswoman. She was great. Explained everyhthing she was doing. Helped me pick the shoes I wanted and took excellent care of me. Great customer service.
Dalton was very helpful in finding my mom a good pair of shoes and sandal with all the complications she has with her feet. Thank you for your help and information.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Went there for plantar fasciitis Which is what they successfully helped me with years ago.
Reina and a male salesperson are always welcoming. Reina is helpful, honest and knowledgeable: her voice has a confident tone. She's always welcoming, helpful, and patient. Prices are competitive. I wish I could find my shoe size more often.
I had the pleasure of going to Foot Solutions yesterday for the first of what will be, many times. I worked with Tory Trahan who is one of the most knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive people I've met. She worked with me and had great patience as we went through my appointment. The variety of styles which would work for me was outstanding - better than I have ever expe... read more
Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable. My podiatrist diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and recommended I purchase shoes with better support. I was guided to several selections varying in price points and assisted with trying each of my selections on. Great no pressure and helpful approach. Will be a repeat customer.
I didn't believe the 1 star reviews when I read them, but after visiting the store and trying to get information by phone, I wholeheartedly agree with the one star reviews. If you have another option definitely use it.
