Ordered shoes to be delievered to my home. After 5 weeks still did not received them. It is very difficulty to get a hold of anyone at the store and they do not usually return calls. Finally was able to talk to a gentleman who refunded my money. Will not visit this store again.
Several weeks ago I visited this store at 1 p.m. Note on door said person at lunch; would be back in 15 minutes. Waited. Bought shoes w/ caveat to try them at home for 3 weeks to see if I would be comfortable with inserts in shoes. I ordered another pair & was told they would be in in 7-10 days & I would receive a call. I did not receive call. Tried to call to speak with salesperson. Either no answer or message. I appreciated them, acknowledging my entrance into their store, and immediately assisting me since there were no other customers. I came in for insults, but they did not have any my side, it's a common side. I must say that I would disappointed that they were out of stock of their common items. I did not like it that he suggested ones with a lg bump in the back of the ball for people with bunions, hammer toes, neuroma... When I have none of those. I ordered shoes on March 3. They never came in. 6 weeks and they just didn't do what I paid them to do. Terrible customer service. Never again.
What a horrible experience! Got the rude, know-it-all, lady! Didn't give me a chance to explain what I was looking for. Made me feel awful!!!! Will never step there again!
I've been going back and forth with these people about my prescription for orthotics for several months. At no point have they been helpful, not even bothering to return my calls. Avoid this store at all costs.
Just went in there with my mom to find a good walking shoe for her and the lady that was trying to help us was very rude. Worst salesperson I have ever seen. Didn't want to listen to us, the CUSTOMER. Left without buying shoes and caused my 81 year old mother anxiety. Would give it zero stars but the lowest these reviews go to one star.
My first interaction with Tori was excellent. Then I unfortunately had the miss fortune to have dealt with Reina who is condescending and rude. She's so dismissive that I will not ever step foot into that store again.
