Very knowledgeable about feet and shoes. I got fitted for custom orthotics (insoles) and I'm very pleased. When I picked them up I also bought a pair of shoes. No more arch pain! This is a new store in Katy and it is definitely worth visiting if you have foot pain!
The day I went to Foot Solutions was the last day I had pain from plantar fasciitis. They fitted me in Naot shoes and I have never had pain again. I now have many pairs of shoes from Foot Solutions and have sent friends there with the same results. The shoes are pricey, but so worth it.
During the past few months of self-isolation / stay at home orders, I found myself going barefoot at home most of the time. I highly recommend this store. I came in two weeks ago to find shoes to help with my Plantar Fasciitis. I was immediately greeted. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the types of shoes that could help with this condition and answered all my questions. After trying on a number of shoes, I chose 3 pairs. The shoes are very comfortable, and after wearing them constantly, the pain is almost gone. I'm very grateful I made the decision to come here. I expect to be back.
They know what they are doing here. For years I've had foot pain and recently found out that I suffer from plantar fasciitis. So, I decided to give these folks a try since reviewers give them good marks. A warm greeting as soon as I walked in. The ladies asked a few questions then imaged my foot, measured my feet, and then asked if I wore sandals or flip flops in the house. I initially called and spoke with Diane... instantly 'felt' her kindness, compassion and sincerity over the phone. When I arrived, she was helping another customer so Carol assisted me. Carol was helpful, professional... also showed a sense of kindness and compassion. Carol is the co-owner (with hubby) which I didn't realize until I was checking out and grabbed a business card. I found this place on yelp after reading reviews of another store that I was planning to go to and decided on this one instead. The ladies were so nice, knowledgeable and patient (I tried on many, many pairs) and helped me select the perfect shoes. Since then my knees, feet and back haven't hurt. What a difference the right shoes make!
I had a nice sales lady named, carol, who helped me out and my friends to buy some shoes. A wide variety of many different kinds of shoes for flat footed ppl. I like these kinds of stores, it's a mom and pop kinda of feel inside..
