This place is wonderful. They really take the time to listen to the problems you've been having with your feet and try to accommodate you as best they can. They watched the way I walked, used a machine to see where my I keep the most weight and made a little file for me so when I go back they already know my shoe size! The business is wonderful, and so are the employees.
I was referred to this store by my podiatrist. I was having bad foot pain coupled with severe right hip pain. I called and spoke with one of the owners, Carol Seppala, and decided to come by. When I was there I was helped by Jim Seppala who sold me some Xelero shoes, arch supports, and heel supports. We agreed that I would try them out for a couple of weeks and if I decided to get custom arch supports they would give me credit for what I had already bought.
