Went with my husband to get new running shoes and we were happy with the great/attentive service - love their Brooks running shoes.
I love this location and all the staff! They are exceptionally helpful and kind. The store is always clean and organized. Even when I was trying on the tennis shoes, she made sure to size up my foot to get the right fit. They had exactly the size I needed! I have been going to this Foot Solutions for a few years. Last fall (2020) I needed new Addiction Walkers and went right to Foot Solutions. John has helped me now twice in getting shoes that make my feet feel like heaven. I had gotten Addiction Walkers about 4 years ago and loved them, Dirk had helped me then. New to the area and such a pleasant find! After calling the store to check on inventory, I was greeted by May who pulled shoes for me upon arrival in my size/style. The staff made me feel comfortable in these crazy times of COVID and we're going the extra mile to protect the public by wearing mask. Trying on shoes felt like a breeze! Thank you!
We went to this store hoping to find some good sturdy shoes. We found them and so much more. It can get a little busy and you may have to wait but it is worth the wait. The associates there are great and really spend time helping you find the right product for your feet. We recently had to go back in because my husbands shoes were breaking down inside. They helped us out in ways that surprised us. Don't be fooled the shoes are not cheap, but they are really nice
Happy Feet! I had been suffering from sore feet for several years. It was difficult to walk more than a block or two without my feet getting tired and sore. I had tried inserts from the drug store and from online, but they didn't help my aching feet. Somepne suggested getting custom orthotics. I have gotten several pairs of shoes and sandals from Foot Solutions, their selection is better every time I go there, I always see something more I would like to have. Although they are shoes that are good for your feet, there are many cute styles. I have also bought arch supports that I wear in my shoes, the sales people were thorough in fitting me and worked w me to be sure they were comfortable, they will work w you to get it right. When you're ready to lose the foot pain, Foot Solutions is the place to go. I bought custom arch supports and shoes there two years ago. Both the shoes and arch supports work great. The sandals have been worn daily for two years and still look and feel great! I knew my high arch and instep were problems, but they explained so much more about how my foot worked and why I was in pain. Very knowledgeable salesman. I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for months now using shoe inserts, etc, nothing was helping. He informed me of what the issue was with my arch on the bad foot, and had a sandal that could help correct it. The sandal was what someone could expect to pay.for a pair of Nike shoes, yes on the costly side, but oh my God how much of a difference they've made in just one day!
