Not cheap but maybe you pay for what you get. Been using Brooks The Beast for years and have problem feet. They had my records from years ago and Robin was most helpful. I had not intended to buy but the fit she gave me felt so good I bought! On line you have no size/width selection for bad feet. Pay the price and fix the problem. Would recommend . Google and Yelp still refer to store on Ray Road which is no more.

The sales people there are well educated about "feet". The store also works together with some doctors. The service starts with measuring your feet and turning them into a 3 dimensional view so one can examine how the weight of the body is distributed. That is very informative and gives clues to why and where pain is present. Not very happy. I have two fractured metatarsals. I went there because I feel like I'm walking on the bones (the fracture area). I shared an image of my foot x-ray. I was given the standing imaging of my foot and told I have supination and a high arch. Ok... I pay about $500 for custom orthotics. I get the orthotics and try it out in multiple pairs of shoes. Horrible customer service. They are open until 6:00 but may close earlier without notice. I work in the mall and twice was told that there would no one to help me due to the employee "not being able to go over his hours" for the week. Again today, asked if someone could help me if I get there around six and was rudely and inconsiderately spoken to as if I was an interruption to his closing time. Incredibly rude sales staff. We walked in and were not even greeted. We drove 19 miles to this store because the woman who answered my phone call said that they could order my shoe after she sized my feet. Walked in and 2 men were helping 2 other customers. They did not acknowledge our entrance with either a "welcome" or "we'll be with you as soon as possible ". A 3rd couple was waiting for service. We left without our existence being acknowledged. Won't go back, not even with an apology.

This place was a HUGE disappointment. The salesperson that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried on several pairs of shoes and finally found a pair I liked. However, they weren't in stock and needed to be ordered. I ended up spending $800 for custom orthotics and the shoes. I was promised a two week delivery date for both. You really need to think about passing on this business. They have a horrible return policy. Even if shoes are new you have only 7 days to return them otherwise store credit only. This is even for shoes they had in stock. I have been sitting on a $400. plus credit because the orthodontics I ordered just did not work for me so I was issued a store credit.
