Very nice people who work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend going there for shoes and especially help with orthotics.

Highly recommend visiting Foot Solutions in Norristown when you have a foot problem and you are considering orthotics or alternative footwear. Hugh (store owner) is highly knowledgeable, very professional and genuinely interested in the well being of his customers. He was willing to spend a lot of time listening to me and trying to help in any way he can. The advice I got from Hugh on my foot pain turned out to be more beneficial than that from the numerous doctors I saw.
Hugh is simply the best! Fitted me for supportive sneakers coming off a 5th metatarsal fracture out of a walking boot. He has spent a lot of time guiding me and is always the utmost professional and a super knowledgeable and nice guy. Go see Hugh for your orthotics and footwear needs you won't be disappointed
It's a one-man show run by a fine fella name of Hugh. I can't buy sneakers off the rack due to my feet being very wide and he facilitated my purchase from a reputable online seller of such shoes (Drew Shoe). To my surprise, he charged the exact same price as was advertised on Drew's website so naturally I opted to purchase from a local company, all things being equal. I wrote an earlier review after my initial consultation to say Mr. Hugh is very professional and knowledgable. I have nerve damage of my feet because the natural fat pad that protects them is no longer sufficient to do its job. I have been literally walking on bone! A podiatrist recommended orthotics. Hugh has been amazing! This is my second time visiting this location for a flare to be added to my shoe. I have to get a flare added to the outside of my shoe. My insurance doesn't cover it. So if I go through my doc office it takes well over a week and it's not cheap. I saw Hugh a year ago and wanted to see if he could help. turn around time was a couple days, and 1/2 the price. I had trouble walking because of a Keeley's heel and sore feet brought myself to foot solutions greatly prescient the help they gave me a shoe insert for the shoe and I am able to walk I do a lot of walking at work 8 to 14 hours a day so I needed all the help I could get thank you foot solutions
