I was recommended to the Foot Solutions at the Norristown location by someone whose opinion I value. I made an appointment with Hugh and was very impressed with his knowledge of the physiology of the foot and his product. He listened to my foot issues then did an outstanding job measuring and fitting me with custom orthotics. They only took one week to complete and I was pleasantly surprised with the product. I had plantar fasciitis for about 6 months, went to several doctors but did not get any relief from my foot pain. I finally went to Foot Solutions Norristown and they made me custom arch supports and gave me new sneakers and within 3 weeks of wearing my new sneakers and support I was pain free and doing my regular activities.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Foot Solutions in Norristown, the professionals were very knowledgeable and helped diagnose my pain, correct my gait and get my orthotics and sneakers which has improved my running. I was also surprised to fined dress shoes and casuals shoes which provide comfort.

One of my worst customer experiences in a retail store. When we arrived there were two customers ahead of us. We waited patiently for about an hour while the manager spent a long time waiting on them without regard to us. Two more people came in, and when the first two left it turned out that this second pair had appointments. The manager told us we would have to wait until he was done with them.
