My daughter and I went to Foot Solutions for help obtaining my annual diabetic shoes from Medicare. We were greeted by JP, who made us welcome right away. We spent time learning the Foot Soltions/Medicare policy and processes; JP was impressive as he helped us learn each step. We enjoyed JP as we shared stories, and are very comfortable in saying that we will be buying all our shoes from him in the future. I know that he will give a frank option on what shoes will make my feet AND ME happy.
JP was highly professional and willing to be part of the solution. I'm satisfied with his customer service not mention he has a great sense of humor.
