Karen was professional, knowledgeable about her products. She took the time to explain our feet and how they changes with age. We bought two pair and love them. She offers a full service (shoe horn included) experience to buying shoes. That’s how I remembered it from my childhood. I give Karen 10 gold stars! .
Karen and her team of fit specialists are wonderful. They notified me that my favorite Naot style had arrived in a new color and I was delighted to add it to my collection of comfortable stylish footwear. I have recommended them to several people as I get many compliments when wearing my new shoes.
