Wow I can't believe all the bad reviews . I went in and felt like they really knew their merchandise and knew they were telling the truth on what I needed. I brought a pair of sneakers and custom orthotics . Will return in the future . And also will recommend them to family and friends .
As a size 5.5, I never leave here disappointed. They always have a lot of inventory in stock, and sales associates are always very knowledgeable with their shoes. Sure they are expensive, but their shoes last a very long time!

The service was more than great, and the professionalism was more than I could have asked. Very helpful, though more expensive than I was planning on spending the sales clerk made sure what I purchased fit correctly and what I needed

As much as I miss my stilettos, I have found some really great shoes here. I get one to two pairs of walking sandals here each summer. I have also gotten great tall boots and dress shoes for work. I really love that they are not pushy. If you don't see something you like then, you can be sure you will be welcome to come back another time. I have to say that this store went beyond for me and my Father. I live and work out this way and my parents live in the City. I sat and talked at length with the owner Angie about the needs of my Father after he had a stroke and the type of shoe he needs. He also has hammertoes which makes it even more difficult to fit him. Very nice. Small store and I must have come in the middle of a rush. Staff is very friendly and they work with each other to help you. I have a foot issue and needed to get some serious orthotics for cushion and support. Have brands like Klogs, Aravon, Dansco and others. Took me through an exam and made some recommendations. Seems like most things are special order but when you consider the price I think it's fair.
