bought shoes on orthofeet website. put "women's sandals, size 7.5" in search bar. a pair of sandals i liked showed up. i bought them. turns out they were MEN'S sandals. called customer service about return and price match on women's version. their answer: NO PRICE MATCH. they said it was my fault i bought the wrong sandal. so much for customer service.

I was in the store for the first time for at least 20 minutes without one person greeting me despite the store being so small - they just ignore you. Friendlier and more helpful places elsewhere.

Made the mistake of coming here - I injured my feet very badly with ill fitting shoes and decided to try this store out to find something to alleviate the pain. I ended up buying shoes but when I got home and I tried them on they felt very uncomfortable. I returned the shoes in perfect condition after the weekend (well within the return window they offer) and I apologized and explained my pain to George - he would not even look at me or reply to me while I was speaking to him - just let me talk to myself. Dissatisfied Customer My husband's feet had been in excruciating pain so I began to research for a company who made footwear that would help and support his feet. I went to Foot Solutions in Caldwell 2 months ago. I viewed their website and after 4 years of struggling with plantar fasciitis, including painful injections, years of physical therapy, and a plantar fasciectomy, I hoped they were the answer I was looking for. They claimed to analyze your feet, the way you stand & walk and come up shoes that were made for your individual problem. I stood on a scanner & she measured my feet. It was nothing special. If you like wasting time and love being ignored this is the perfect shoe store for you. If they don't have the shoe you want, just walk out. because ordering shoes through them is a nightmare. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you buy their shoes. I recommend shopping somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.

I went to this store to find a solution for my painful foot. The young lady helped me and I ended to buy pair of shoes and supports for inside of my new shoes. I asked her if they are not good as you describe can I return them or exchange them, she said within 7 days you can return them. I paid almost $200 and I left.
