forest cove changes i have lived in forest cove for 5 years the neighbors were great the owners were nice but they were not very attentive. we then got new owners my neighbors started disappearing ! then i was next after a 1 time complain of my dog they said i had 10 days to leave me and my 3 kids all under 13 have no where to go how do you find an apt in 10 days. well since the owner was renovating he started getting rid of the tenants to raise the rent for newer tenants he is a very rude disrespectful cold man. my apartmen... read more

Hello, Jack again! Just a quick note to say that I recall this situation very clearly. I was notified by several of this residents' neighbors that she was allowing her dog to defecate and urinate on her 3rd floor balcony. This created quite a mess for those living below her, as you can imagine! I immediately addressed the situation and contacted her.
