Verified Renter It's like a little slice of paradise hidden on 83/Busse. I felt like I opened a magic door to another plane when I walked to the leasing office. Everything is so beautiful and well managed. Betty is phenomenal and my entire experience so far has been nothing but pure joy!
Beautiful! I want to share a positive experience that I had with these apartments. First of all - the apartments look wonderful! You have to visit that place in order to realize what I am talking about. And, the environment around the building- I have no words! Paradise! Great place I went to just inquire about the apartment, I was greeted by a very nice staff person name, Peggy, she was so kind and answered all of my questions, showed me how the one bedroom would look like, which is extremely nice.. I really loved how the it looked.. I told her I would come back to fill out the application, when I returned I met, Chris.. the (property Manager), she was SUPER nice, needless to say, I moved in and I am soooo happy with my place, Chris and Peggy called me just to see was everything ok with the... read more
Eh Renovations are a little cheap for the price. I can hardly ever open my back patio door without using full body weight and the walls are very thin. Gas charges are based on what the building controls...not your own apartment and in the summer it can get up to 40 dollars a month? Not sure why.... For the price I just wish I looked around and did more research. The staff is pretty nice, though, and the pool is pretty awesome if you don't go during child prime times.
Forest Cove Renovations I have lived at Forest Cove for 3 years. I recently just transferred into a renovated unit. The finishes are very nice and the new staff is wonderful to work with. I am happy to be in a newer renovated apartment.
Verified Renter Maintenance is lacking. A tree branch fell over the summer and it took 3 weeks for the huge branch to be cleared from in-front of my bedroom first floor window. The gutter that this branch took out is still sitting there months later. Doesn’t show you care about your property or your tenants safety. It’s also an eye sore.

Forest Cove demands to go with Comcast at$50.00 a month It is just OK.; Quiet. The halls look like a haunted house. Painted orange with holes in the wall. Front door looks like trash. Needs to be replaced. First impressions make a difference in life. In equality, forcing all tenants to go with Comcast at$50 month. I pay $30.00 on the first of every month. Then they force it upon rent? How insane.

Ignore nice comments 1/10 would not recommend. There was old carpet and no matter how much I cleaned This place is dirty.
