Forest Cove Renovations I have lived at Forest Cove for 3 years. I recently just transferred into a renovated unit. The finishes are very nice and the new staff is wonderful to work with. I am happy to be in a newer renovated apartment.
Verified Renter Maintenance is lacking. A tree branch fell over the summer and it took 3 weeks for the huge branch to be cleared from in-front of my bedroom first floor window. The gutter that this branch took out is still sitting there months later. Doesn’t show you care about your property or your tenants safety. It’s also an eye sore.

Forest Cove demands to go with Comcast at$50.00 a month It is just OK.; Quiet. The halls look like a haunted house. Painted orange with holes in the wall. Front door looks like trash. Needs to be replaced. First impressions make a difference in life. In equality, forcing all tenants to go with Comcast at$50 month. I pay $30.00 on the first of every month. Then they force it upon rent? How insane.

Verified Renter Its a wonderful community, and the amenities are excellent, but the communication and lack of responses from the management offices is beyond sub-par.
Smoker's Paradise This is a pretty community with apartments very nice and the landscaping done so pretty. The balcony's are nice and spacious but you can't really sit out on them because of all the smoking. The people under me smoke I believe every hour outside. The people next door to me smoke and I can smell smoke in the halls on the war to my apartment. I have my window open for some fresh air at night and I'm woken up to cigarette smoke at 3am. Waste of time, money and space! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! They are highly dishonest. The pet rent is per pet not just per month, they act as if they care but don't, they will be nice to you at first but once you sign the lease that goes away, they want money and only money. They tack on charges and have no excuse for them. Heat during the winter is one not controlled by you it is controlled by them and can get very expensive, well over $100 at times. My name is Jack Seary and I have been the Community Manager at Forest Cove since my company purchased the property, just over a year ago on 12/4/2014. The reviewer is correct about the pet fee being charged per month/per pet. We include this policy on all of our marketing as well as our pet addendum.
