As a recent retiree and new Floridian, I am excited and thrilled with my decision to move to Pacifica Forest Trace. The building and grounds are beautiful. My newly renovated apartment is gorgeous. I stayed at the community for 3 nights. The community is nice and spacious. Everybody was very nice. The residents were friendly. And hopefully looking to moving in April 2020.
