I have lived here for over 8 years. I love it. The food is great. There are many of the staff that have been here more than 10 years. They do an outstanding job.
We feel very fortunate to be here in this community. We thank the management and staff for going above and beyond the call of service.
We liked Pacifica Senior Living so much we cancelled our other appointments. In terms of education level and background life experiences, everyone seemed super compatible. They were gradually remodeling before COVID, we really liked they had a 2 bedroom apartment that had just been remodeled, so my dad moved into there, everything is brand new. His room is at the end of the hallway and many people did not want to walk that far, but my dad saw it as a way to make him walk more. There is a geriatrician who sees the residents a... read more

I know it's not easy to help someone adjust to new surroundings...especially during this time with restrictions having been implemented because of covid19. I been living here for 8 years now. I love it here. The food is great so is the service and the management team. We love [name removed], she is very accommodating. I believe she has been here for over 20 years. They are many employees that have been working there for over 10 years.
I would recommend it, my dad was happy there. He wasn't there long and I'm not sure of much knowledge other than that. They have a gym and pool, along with functions and entertainment at night. My father wasn't going to any of the planned activities. He did go to some of the lectures, I think her attended. I was really hoping he would meet some peers, he was spending a lot of time by himself. He was coming to the end of his life.
The appearance is excellent. It is a private gated community with a large lake. It's a scenic area, heavily landscape, and it's a tropical forest. When the food was served in the dining room it was exceptional, since the pandemic it is served in the room and it is terrible. My apartment has a very nice patio with a phenomenal view of the parking lot (being very sarcastic). During the course of this pandemic, we have had no cases of the virus at our community. If anybody can keep a tight ship, scrupulous, and disciplined with attention to detail, — it is a director of Resident Services [name removed], nothing escapes her watchful eye, works well under pressure, organized, still smiles and her staff adores her! Keep it up [name removed]!
