Phone experience was great. Fast and easy. However, I really wanted to order on line. Why would I pay 199.00 dollars to have a 79.99 dollar item delivered. White glove? Please. It’s a coffee table for goodness sake. Seriously?

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago and was treated well. But wasn’t ready to buy yet. Today I was and I felt comfortable with no pressure. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I love what I ordered. And it is in stock. Joanne and Robert were excellent.

I stopped in a few times this week to get some ideas for my back patio and worked with Bryanna. She was SO great, not pushy at all and so knowledgeable of all the products, pricing and availability. She asked a lot of great questions and understood what I was looking for pretty quickly, and when I couldn’t find something on the floor that I liked she pulled up a more modern sectional from the online store with some accessories that ended up being exactly what I was hoping for.
