Joanne Mitchell was amazing. She took care of every ask. She did not pressure us into any one set. My wife and I were between two layouts and Joanne hell us talk through our options. Some of the best customer service we have had ever.

We went looking for outdoor furniture with no intention of buying that day. Brianna was so helpful and telling us about the great sale they were having. We priced the same furniture elsewhere earlier that day and I have to say we could not turn it down. We saved a lot of money because of Presidents’ Day sale. I would recommend Fortunoff. Everyone was very nice and they had a big selection.

Had such an amazing experience. Our sales rep Bryanna Belvedere was exceptionally good. She knew her stuff and made it really easy to choose our furniture. We can’t wait to get it delivered on Friday! I always thought Fortunoff Backyard was out of my budget- but not during the Labor Day Sale. Besides, everything is quality. Not like that stuff you order online. You not only have no idea how it really looks and feels, but it doesn’t fall apart after one year. My mom is right- you pay for what you get!!
