I have been completely satisfied this far. I have to pick up my chairs this week. I was contacted today as promised they are in the store. Our salesperson was excellent. Her name was Cynthia. She was extremely helpful and efficient with kindness as well.

Cynthia in the Eatontown store was great and took the time to go over everything. Also, we had a little hiccup (wrong cushion was sent and a scratch on the frame), but Cynthia took care of the replacements. We’re really happy with our purchase and will be back to order more patio furniture in the fall.
