My experience could not have been better. We got a great deal on a teak double extension table with 8 chairs from Veronica at the Nanuet store (the manager). Shortly after we placed the order the supply chain had a Covid moment and backed up on us but Veronica found a table, then she found 5 chairs and had just those delivered (because we had given away our old set once we had ordered trusting “the process”) - special trip - but promising to somehow find 3 more.
