The Fortunoff store in Nanuet was very helpful & friendly when i had a lighting problem with my Christmas tree that i bought last year. Devin & Rich jumped in to help resolve the lighting issue & I didn’t have to wait & deal with the warrant company . I will definitely be repeat customer! Thank you. & Merry Christmas!

I can't say enough about working with Devin in the Nanuet store. More than patient as my wife and played with so many variations and had so many questions before finally settling on what we ordered. And then we came in again and changed it! He couldn't be more patient or helpful. Can't wait for delivery. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience at fortunoff of Nanuet. The team was beyond helpful. We have been shopping around for about a year looking for the perfect out door furniture and couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose fortunoff nanuet. Devin, Rory, and Woody helped us throughout the whole year, keeping in contact with us and informing us on all special sales days and tax free days. We had stopped in to only browse at the Nanuet store and walked out with a beautiful outdoor dining set thanks to the attention and creative suggestions of Rory Einiger, Assistant Manager. He helped us problem-solve dimensions, budget, and challenging delivery logistics. He was understanding, pro-active and knowledgeable.
