Absolutely the best customer service. Brian works with his customers to help you pick out the best furniture for a great price.
RH outdoor is offensively expensive and none of their patio sets come with cushions. Please! West Elm was backordered on nearly everything I wanted but I didn't know that until I placed the order and waited a month. Then cancelling and getting refunded was a nightmare that required writing to the head of the company. Finally I decided to deal local (Philly) and shop a store right in my backyard. I just purchased a Gensun outdoor dining table, chairs, and umbrella from Kyle Surette, the Assistant Manager at Fortunoff in Exton, Pa. Kyle went above and beyond to service my request and needs.
