The new Oxford Valley store is wonderful. Lee, the manager will go out of her way to make sure you get what you want and that it will fit your needs. She will spend time with you and will follow up. The merchandise is high quality and worth it.
I have to give a 10 out of 10 to the professionals at the Melville location. The merchandise speaks for itself as you expect nothing less than high quality with Fortunoff's. But for us, it was the professionalism of the floor staff that really makes it a great experience. They go out of their way for customer satisfaction,and actually above and beyond. Awesome experience. The sales people were very informative I walked in on Friday at 4 PM and they made it happen to get my delivery on time for Saturday. My window was from 3 PM to 7 PM. I came home at 3:30 and my table and outdoor chairs were all set up on my back porch. Awesome experience. Highly recommend
