I have to give the credit to Margerie. From my phone call which was an initial inquiry to today when I drove 30 minutes to make my purchase, she was helpful, professional & very friendly! I may not have traveled to Fortunoff 's had it not been for Margerie.
Pretty expensive but nice stuff but reasonable if on sale, Eric is the friendliest staff here and makes you comfy, others are just business as usual! Being friendly and accommodating to customers is a plus to one’s business!
The products are decent and sales people are helpful.
