The nutrition and blood sugar coaching process lacks structure and not effective. Also not very organized
I love Dr Saxena and have been going to her for over 20 years. She always is amazing with her knowledge. You do however on the reminder appointment on text make sure you are sending appointment times in the correct time zone. You reminded me in Central time not Eastern standard time. That is confusing.

Excellent Margo is the best, she listens, explains and sets a course of action. I been having gut issues for years and the GI doctor gave little insight, Margo order a test reviewed it, prescribed a course of action, this gave me confidence that my symptoms will be resolved. Thank goodness there are practitioners like Margo i feel very fortunate to have found her and Fourm Health
