Great experience with Fox Pest Control! Chris, the service manager, thoroughly inspected our building, removed wasp nests, and took the time to address our concerns. He even found and repaired a hole in a door that we didn't know was there. Excellent service and attention to detail.

We discovered that we had rats living under our house and put an inquiry in late last night. LaKiesha called us first thing in the morning and got us scheduled for pest control the same day! Kevin was our tech and he did a thorough job with spraying, setting bait traps, and explaining what to expect for the rat extermination process. He is getting us scheduled with their inspector so that they can determine the best way to fill in the rat holes by our foundation. Recently found termites in our home and called a few companies to discuss options. Fox was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process very thoroughly before ever trying to close a sale. They were also able to give a price over the phone which I really appreciated. Chris came out to perform the actual service and was again for informative and thorough. I've been using Fox for general pest control for a few years and have always been satisfied with the results. Over the past year, I also began using their mosquito control treatment and have noticed a decrease in activity. Overall, very pleased with their customer service and the friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

I been with Fox Peat Control for over 2 years and I have had no complaints. Today my home was serviced by Kevin and he was very polite , very pleasant, and patient. I always need a late afternoon or Saturday and Kevin made me his last appointment of the day just like the notes say in my account and I appreciate that so much. Kevin waited for me to get home just before 5:00 . Kevin listened to my concerns I had . I recommend Kevin for your homes pest service and hope to be seeing Kevin soon
