He took the time to walk me through the entire process, explained all the details clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel pressured. This company is so friendly and has shown great customer service. From Jacob who listened to my concerns and even helped us make sure we could get the service we needed when no one else would give my family a chance to Glenn Boggus (our tech) who has been very thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful! He even got rid of a wasp nest for us when we couldn’t reach it! I will definitely come back to this company and their fine people for future pest control.

Great experience with Fox Pest Control! Chris, the service manager, thoroughly inspected our building, removed wasp nests, and took the time to address our concerns. He even found and repaired a hole in a door that we didn't know was there. Excellent service and attention to detail.

At first, our appointment time had passed & there was no communication. I contacted them and things got into motion quickly despite them being overloaded for that day. Lu arrive & was absolutely fantastic! Great person for sure & addressed what needed to be done here despite him having a very long day. Had granules applied & a fogging of the yard done as the flies have been horrible. Today I can open a door and not get beat inside by the flies. Thank you Lu!

Recently found termites in our home and called a few companies to discuss options. Fox was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process very thoroughly before ever trying to close a sale. They were also able to give a price over the phone which I really appreciated. Chris came out to perform the actual service and was again for informative and thorough.
