Not sure about their pest services but Christina, one of their techs, stopped when two dogs were running loose in the street and helped get them back home. We all like working with the kind of people that go above and beyond and do good things. Thank you Christina for being so kind.

Recently had D'Artagnan service my home. The advance communication was excellent and attention to detail when servicing my home was truly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and made my experience a positive one, even going above and beyond on several tasks. Would recommend using Fox Pest Control.

I used fox pest control recently for a problem I was having, the people are nice and I thought the prices were real reasonable. They talked me through and made sure I had all the info to prepare the yard and house for treatment. I plan to have them back out once in awhile for preventive treatments. So all in all great service.

Don't come around a person's home at 8pm asking for a slice of pizza as im picking up a Doordash order left on the porch. Don't ask about my military service after I told you im not interested in your services. Happened today in Oak Valley Estates. Next time I wont be so pleasant.

Canceled service back in July.. Person comes out today to spray. I was surprised. Called FOX to find out why.. It takes an act of Congress just to cancel service. Had to make 4 phone calls. Managers and supervisors are supposedly out spraying so had to schedule a call. only they did not give me a time. Spoke to 3 different people. they say can not cancel service without a manager, hogwash!! Forced service participation, no signs of work preformed. Extra unexplained charge to credit card. No reply when questioned.

They have been double charging me for months. They claim they don't have my card number but a charge keeps appearing on my card and they withdraw from the checking account also..double charging. They claim it's someone else pulling a scam but the phone number on the charge with my bank is for FOX PEST! Beware of scams. I had to block them from charging my card because they wouldn't stop. They won't give me a credit and my bank only goes back 6 months. My son used his copy of my card for the first couple charges which I agree... read more
