My entire experience with Fox has been amazing. Courtney was the rep who I spoke with to get information regarding services and pricing. She was extremely helpful and a breath of fresh air after a horrible experience with my previous pest control. Grant was the tech who came for the inspection and treatment. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He made sure to walk me through the process and next steps. I am so grateful to that this experience has been professional and reassuring.
I love Fox Pest Control! I switched to them as I wanted a more concierge pest control experience and a company that would come quickly after you call them, which is exactly what Fox Pest does! They also typically send the same person and that is so helpful having a repeat person to come service. Paul Cooper usually comes to our house and he is WONDERFUL! These guys are great!! Called on a Saturday and were there on Sunday!!! Explained everything and what to do to help control the scorpion population. On a schedule so every three months they come back to maintain and will even come out to remove a wasp nest when needed. Fantastic company!!!
Isaiah was so nice and considerate. He explained everything to us and spent over 1 1/2 hours here to make sure all areas were treated. This young man deserves to be rewarded. Thank you Isaiah.
