Sam is outstanding guy, my wife and loved him. He found multiple locations and drove with us all over. He took us to lunch, and when we found a place we loved later he helped in all ways. We were in new mexico and he got it done thank you soo much sam
I recently switched to Fox Property Management for management services on a rental property I own. It's only been a few months, but so far they're off to a great start! They found a good renter for my property in record time. The process of engaging their services was easy and transparent, as was their leasing process. Their staff is friendly and professional, and I get quick responses when I send them questions.
Incredible staff with a "can do" attitude. Every question answered promptly, fantastic bunch. Wouldn't work with anybody else. We have a 12 yr relationship with Jen and she is just the best.
I've used Fox for nearly 7 years and they've been great. I'm out of state and I trust them to take good care of my property. One of the things I really appreciate about them is that they are flexible and they work to accommodate my particular needs and requests. They're not a cookie cutter property management firm. They have listened and adjusted to what works. I've always found them to be prompt, honest, and hardworking.
Fox Properties has always been responsive, calling us back at night on a weekend regarding a plumbing problem. Sometimes the vendors would take a long time to get to something, but when I notified Fox they immediately worked to correct the problem.
FPM is a great company to work with! Their people are very professional and responsive. After a recent hail storm that hit the Louisville area, Tara had someone out to my property within hours to cover broken skylights damaged by the hail. I shopped several property management companies before picking FPM and now wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend Fox Property Management for any of your property management needs.
Fine until it’s time to move out, then they make your life hell. They scheduled dozens of tours while we were living there, causing stress for us since we work and have a dog at home, so we moved out as soon as we could, feeling unwelcome the last month we paid to live there. They gave us 30 minutes notice before one of the tours. Then we kept having to drive back there to let in multiple painters to get quotes, wasting our time. Not great to work with. Takes forever to respond. They Will show your unit with very little warning. Maintenance takes forever and does shotty work at best. Will complain about grass being dead but not send someone over to turn sprinklers on
I had a terrible experience with Kelsey at Fox. Top one or two worst experiences with a Realtor/ Property Management company in my 50 years. They're closed on weekends?? That should be enough info. for you right there lol. They send Junior employees out to show properties who know absolutely nothing about the property they are showing. And worst of all, I drove 4 hours to see a home they had listed and they could not even get in the front door.
