My experience with Fox Property Management managing my rental property has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you want to hear about the worst property management company of all time, stick around. I wish I could give them 0 stars because they do not even deserve 1. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of the more regrettable property management companies. Our houses suffered from flooding, which resulted in our septic tank flooding the bottom floor. Although the management sent a clean-up crew, they decided not to complete the job, leaving fecal matter exposed in the house for over a day. Eventually, we had to clean it up ourselves. Took forever to complete work orders, was called derogatory names being part of the LBGTQ+ community as well as had my pride flags stolen and ran over by landscapers. Co owner said bummer. Not friendly to marginalized populations. The unit I rent is rotting. The beams that hold the porch roof up barely does it’s job. They on other properties to. Would hate to see those
*WARNING* DO NOT RENT A DUPLEX NEAR 33RD AND SANDY IT DOES NOT HAVE INSULATION My partner and I have been living in a duplex managed by Fox since August of 2021. Fox proprty management allowed a continuous use notice on a water bill to go unaddressed for months. We had tens of thousands of dollars in damage to our property as a result of an unaddressed leak.
