They've changed! They hired a new crew and they are great. Juan and Kevin are so friendly!!! Juan helped my pick up my car and even upgraded to the Jeep I wanted fast and efficiently. He was in chipper spirits and made my pickup process a cheerful one. Kevin overheard the trip was for my birthday and was chatty and smiley the whole time at the counter. Only one person was in line both times I went to the counter, thank God! (Im sure this was pure luck, though.) The upgrade did cost extra per day, but they discounted it a bit... read more
On website it offers Chevy Equinox at Pheonix. Flew in to Pheonix to find out they do not have Equinox. Had to get bigger car (Hyndai Santa Fe) and cost and extra $150 for the week. Service was good and fast just wish they had the car they offered on the website.
