RecommendedLook, this is a no-frills rent-a-car company with GREAT RATES!! I know my weekly rate here saved me $50 over the lowest national "low-cost" competitor. So what if I had to walk 20 yards further to get to the car? So what if their cars have 40-60K miles instead of 20? They run, they're clean, and they keep money in my pocket. If you want to pay for the frills that the big boys offer, than go right ahead. However, if you want a good, clean car for a great rate; then Fox is the place to go.
We had a great experience with Fox rent a car. Our car was what we expected. Easy in and out at check in and returning car for our flight home.

There was a long wait. But the car was new and clean. Staff was friendly and price was exactly what they quoted.
Long wait in line. No line at other rental places . ..why? $$$. Doing paperwork to pick up car very easy and Joi was just that, a joy. A very lovely human being. Car was very nice and drop off was a snap. If you have little to no patience to wait in line, go elsewhere. But there is a reason you have to wait in line. 😁👍✌
Lizzy at PHX location was ahhhmazing! She was personable and incredibly thoughtful. She identified a car that would give me the best gas mileage because she knew I was taking a road trip. She is a shinning example of exemplary customer service! 💕
