I had to have my air conditioner fixed at a very hot day. They came right out and fixed the problem within hours, however the next day it was broke again. Hole in freon line that wasn't detected the first time. Came out on Sunday cause they had the part on the truck! Great customer service as always...love that guy

Fox rental management is by far one of the best rental services in North Carolina. The quality of customer service they offer is top notch and quick responses to any problems that comes up while renting from them and their property's are amazing as well. I highly recommend checking them out if you looking for a nice home to buy or rent.

Fox Rental management company has always gone above and beyond for me. They are incredibly professional and helpful. I had recent correspondence with Emily. She bent over backwards for me to the point of taking care of things when I know she had to be off work. Their company is without a shadow of a doubt the best I have dealt with.

It's been nothing but a smooth transition dealing with fox rental management, I'm renting one of there beautiful home properties and it's been amazing, strees free any problems comes up, it's always a quick response and a solving solutions. Michelle and Steve are great to work with. We own a home managed by Fox Rental Management for many years and they have made the process so easy! They take care of everything, so we don't have to worry. We have also sold a home with them and purchased another home with them. They are very knowledgeable of the market and helped us every step of the way. They treat you like family and we are so grateful! It is an excellent place. I would like to say if you ever meet Miss Olivia or Miss Michelle, you will know what I’m speaking about because they want you to see the home before you rent it although you might see it online they want you to see it in person And then make sure that you are well taken care of I haven’t moved into my home yet, but I know I’m going to enjoy it because it is clean nice and the neighborhood is quite and it’s only five minutes from my husband‘s job which would you like and that I can get a certified c... read more

Would absolutely recommend Fox management to anyone, We had a great experience with the rental company. The two years that we were there we had only two issues that were taken care of within days and with the highest professionalism. We would not have moved if it wasn’t for my husband‘s job. The neighborhood we lived in was quiet and peaceful and felt absolutely safe with our two teenagers there. Cannot think Michelle and Olivia enough for the fast response back to everything we needed and the time that we lived there.
