Really good experience with fox rentals, almost three years on a property managed by then, I had no problem, main thank you to Lewis , the maintenance responsible, the guy is great!

I moved in one of their properties 2 months ago. Unfortunately I found out the hard way they lie when advertising that they have 24hr maintenance THEY DO NOT! I had something broken on my shower glass door. Now no this wasn't an emergency I called the office after hours just to leave maintenance a message so they would get it in the morning. Fox rental management was perfectly okay taking a sizable fee from my wife and I and conducting a hard credit check dinging our credit (which was unnecessary) without telling us that our 10 years of blemish free rental history and our rental references were worthless. They also neglected to inform us that ALL they cared about was credit score and activity and if you didn't meet some ridiculous score and usage profile you had zero chance of renting from them. Do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
