I love this apartments I've been living here for 14 years and I'm happy it has new laundry machines it's quiet walking distance to the mall and safe community I really recommend this place and we have an association that brings a lot of resources to the community

The manager, Brenda and the sub-manager are very kind and helpful. Their services that were provided were very professional. I recommend these apartments to anyone who wishes to live here.

I 've lived here going on almost 3 years. It has a lot of bad reviews because of the area... really it's not as bad as people make it sound. I live on the side with lots of families and kids, mostly all my neighbors are sweet nice people. I even lost my car key outside and a neighbor returned it! The manager Elwanda is super nice and funny lady with cute dogs! And Lena is very nice also! The staff are all kind too. I think you have to live here for a bit to see all the good qualities and features it does have.

They don't fix anything in the Is apartments theymake you pay out of pocket to have stuff in the you want replace in the apartment they don't keep There own Important paperwork on File they raise up the rent without warning the tenants they also lie to them about the the apartment being Vacant

awful place to live. workers are rude manger is a B!TCH. just everyone gives bad vibes there's a lot of roaches and pipe problems they don't do there job.

So since my last review that I had since 2011 got removed for no reason here it goes again. This apartments are not the place to live. Trust me, lived there for over 10 years. At first it was good since onwers had security living at the apartments. But now new management for 2 years made this place worst. No security walking the premises means violence and crime, which happens a lot here. Management was not very friendly during that time. My opinion, dont move here unless its your only choice. This place was by far the worst place I've ever lived. Gangs hanging out in the parking lot at night playing loud music, people doing drugs behind the electric meters, trash everywhere, the trash pick up leaves the dumpsters in the middle of the parking lot, parking is horrible. You get one assigned space and good luck if no one parks there to hang out in the parking lot. The management took my entire deposit of $1300 charging $450 for "carpet cleaning", and 2 extra days after I vacated. This place is a living hell. Between ... read more

I am a mother to an 8 month old and finally got called from the wait list after a year, I was applying for the 3 bedroom in October and the manager said that I have a long time to turn the paper in till the end of December because that's when a place will be available. horrible place to live, lease contract states that for any reason they can evict you. apt at infested with roaches and rats. mold on roofs and in carpet. hazard to your health to live there. high level of gangs. beware. My mom lives there, please read the lease before you sign, my mom didn't and they are evicting her because they don't want her in the complex. There lease is worded as if they suspect anything then they will evict you. It's pretty much "if management suspects .... that is grounds to eviction".....so beware. ... read more
