This place is a joke, they say they take SECTION 8, after i gave them a $30 application fee, and a $700 deposit, they said their policy is your voucher has to be the same or more than the rent! Even housing allows you to rent places over your voucher amount. Wasted my time, and didnt' get back my $30 dollars. Plus they want copies of your entire life, SS-cards, birth certificates, your 401K info, your car registration, it was like signing over my life or buying a house. then they made upgrades and wanted $200 more after the... read more
This apartments are not the place to live. Trust me lived ther for over 5 years. At first it was good since onwers had Security living at the premises. But now new management for 2 years made this place worst. No cops walking the premises means violence and crime. Management is not very friendly either. My opinion, dont move here unless its your only choice.
The apartments are in really bad shape once you move in you will notice all those little details, lots of roaches we tried almost everything but since the walls are hollow every time we fumigate the roaches go to the next apartments and in a few weeks is back to lots of roaches. The management is really bad, the manager is rude and uneducated her name is Wanda. If I had the money we would live somewhere else! these apartments arent all that great, I mean they have no pool-when it rains it floods in the complex-kids running around unatended doing damage-and all the men drinking in the parking lot at night sometimes 3 to 7 nights a week! But the one thing that bothers me the most is the Financial team who is located in Irvine Ca/the owner of the complex has no heart when it comes to hard times for some of us. can we say, G H E T T O. i needed a place to live and QUICK. this apartment complex--- the hooood--- isn't too far from my moms and you can see the big " MOVE IN SPECIALS " signs waving you down on Capitol Expressway. Anyway, the apartment homes were not too bad. We got lucky and stayed in the newly remodeled units. I wish i could move that unit to a better area. i hated the parking (one spot and people usually steal it anyways.) and all the people that would chill outside by their front door... mean-muggin as you drive b... read more
